Midnight in.
Spotless by sunrise.
We mobilize crews when your facility is empty and hand it back inspection-ready before the first shift clocks in.
Every project is a
documented result.
We don't pitch. We show you what we've done, the specs we held, and the timelines we hit — then let the work ask for the bid.

A 40,000 sq ft floor that had to pass OSHA before Monday.
The call came Thursday afternoon. Shift starts Monday 6 AM.
The plant supervisor needed epoxy floor coating with OSHA-compliant aisle markings across a 40,000 sq ft production floor — and the facility couldn't go dark more than a weekend. We scoped Friday afternoon, mobilized eight applicators Friday night, and handed back a fully cured, inspection-stamped floor Sunday at 4 PM. The client's OSHA walk-through Monday morning cleared on the first pass.

Meridian Outpatient Center
Fourteen exam rooms repainted between Friday discharge and Monday intake.
No fumes. No disruption. No rescheduled patients.
A medical office manager needed fourteen exam rooms, two corridors, and a reception area repainted over a long weekend — with zero residual odor by Monday morning patient intake. We used zero-VOC Sherwin-Williams Harmony throughout, ran HEPA air scrubbers overnight, and had every room fully aired and re-furnished before the front desk unlocked at 7:45 AM. The facility director walked through and said she couldn't tell we'd been there.

Pinnacle Retail Group
Twelve stores. Four weeks. One crew chief managing it all.
The GC's painting sub ghosted on week two of a regional rollout.
A general contractor called us mid-project: their painting sub had stopped showing up, leaving eight of twelve retail locations partially painted and a grand-opening deadline six weeks out. We took over the remaining scopes, standardized the color spec across all locations, and delivered the last store four days ahead of schedule. The GC has since listed us as their preferred painting sub on every retail bid.

"I've managed three distribution centers for eleven years. Painting subs are the most unreliable trade on any project. Coat showed up when they said they would, finished before I expected them to, and the OSHA inspector actually complimented the floor markings. I've never given a painting crew a second look before — these guys are on every bid I write now."
